Hello there,
Currently, I am gaining experience working in a 5th/6th grade drama teacher at Deer Path Middle School East in Lake Forest, Illinois. I am a passionate educator who has developed a variety of experiences: teaching, technology integration, classroom management and directing, Thanks to an ability to adapt quickly and respond empathically to faculty, parents, and students, a reputation has formed at various institutions as someone who is a caring, patient, and understanding educator who is open to feedback and criticism. I try to bring both a sense of humor and passion into every lesson, and love leading learners every day.
I have also acted within countless theatre productions, which has helped me to develop a critical eye for what casting directors, production companies, and agencies look for. In the future, I would love the opportunity to work within the film, television, or theatre industry in order to combine my critical academic skills with my creative passion for the arts and entertainment!
